中川政七商店×KUTANI SEAL

ボンボニエール 子

 

「日本の工芸を元気にする！」を掲げる奈良の中川政七商店と、KUTANI SEALがコラボレーションで毎年つくっている干支のボンボニエールの作画と製造を担当。テーマは「鼠と宝珠」。宝珠のパターンの中に鼠とチーズが交じっている。セットでお皿も製作。

Japanese Zodiac Rat Bonbonnière

Nakagawa Masashichi Shoten is a retail store established in 1716 in Nara, selling various high-quality traditional Japanese crafts with the vision “Revitalize Traditional Japanese Crafts.”  Every year, KUTANI SEAL collaborates with them to design and produce sets of Bonbonnière and plate with Japanese Zodiac. 

The annual item was created under the theme of “Rats and Houju (sacred gem)” to celebrate the year of the Rat. The design is entertaining, including the rat and the cheese hidden in the many houjus.
