We have designed the motif as a boar-shaped water dropper, which is also a product that Kutani Choemon sells.

Kutani Choemon, a historical Kutani ware manufacturer, holds the Kiln Festival in May every year.
We designed two flyers: one created prior to the announcement of the official name of Japan’s new era and one after the announcement of the official name “Reiwa.”

KUTANI CONNEXION（金沢美術倶楽部/石川） DM
九谷焼との新鮮な出会いと遊びの場として東京と大阪を中心に開催している「KUTANI CONNEXION」。上出長右衛門窯創業140周年にあたる 今年は初の金沢開催。
山水画をイメージし、iPadで描いた。

KUTANI CONNEXION (Kanazawa Art Club, Ishikawa) / Event Invitations
Held mainly in Tokyo and Osaka, the “KUTANI CONNEXION” is an exhibit to discover and experience Kutani ware. This exhibition was held in Kanazawa for the first time in 2019 to celebrate the 140th anniversary of Kutani Choemon.
This illustration, drawn with an iPad, was inspired by Sansui-ga (Chinese-style landscape painting).
