九谷の産地には古くより「九谷は絵付を離れず」という言葉がある。
KUTANI SEAL TRADITIONALはこの地で長い時間をかけて描いてきた伝統を私たちなりに引き継いで、皆さんへとお届けする色絵の和食器シリーズ。
様々なかたちの和食器はテーブルに変化を持たせ、伝統的で少しゆるい絵柄が立派なフレームのように料理を引き立てる。

“Kutani would never survive without drawing” - This is the old saying at the origin of Kutani ware.
At KUTANI SEAL TRADITIONAL, we have successfully interpreted this long-established Kutani drawing tradition to deliver Kutani-colored Japanese tableware collection to modern living. These Japanese tablewares will bring charm to the table with the various shapes, making the food appear more appetizing with their old-fashion yet somewhat casual drawings like decorative picture frames.

様々なかたちの和食器はテーブルに変化を持たせ、伝統にはないまっさらな九谷焼がキャンバスのように料理を引き立てる。

KUTANI SEAL produces petit plates and chopstick rests with a design of the Japanese Zodiac every year.
This annual plate has a motif of the year animal, Ox living in a pastoral farm.
